Alternatively, some businesses may qualify for a trade account, which can be applied for online; while your application is being processed, your online account will be accessible as a standard account. For next working day delivery, we process all orders received by telephone before 5.30pm and online at up until 7pm Mon – Fri. Please note that special instructions and part-shipments are not available on any orders placed after 5.30pm due to orders being automatically released for picking. On Saturdays, orders received before 12.30pm by telephone, email or online will be processed for despatch on the following Monday.

If our standard next working day service is not quick enough to satisfy a particularly urgent need then we have a trade counter on site, which is open five days a week, from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

We also offer, at a small premium, services which will cater for any eventuality: Standard Next Day is 8.00am to 6.00pm, Next Day before 12.00 noon, Next Day before 10.30 am, guaranteed Saturday 8.00am to 12.00 noon, Same Day by courier (time restrictions apply).

Spares can only be returned following authorisation from First Choice Group and within 30 days of the invoice date. Credits will be issued on stock lines and defective items. No specially ordered parts can be returned unless proven to be faulty. All credits will be subject to a 25% restocking charge unless otherwise agreed.
