How do I apply for an account?

You can register for a free online account here. If your business provides service, maintenance, installation and / or repairs for commercial catering equipment, you may qualify for a Trade Account. Find out more and apply for a Trade Account here.

What are your order cut-off times?

For next working day delivery, we process all orders received by telephone before 5.30pm and online at up until 7pm Mon – Fri. Please note that special instructions and part-shipments are not available on any orders placed after 5.30pm due to orders being automatically released for picking. On Saturdays, orders received before 12.30pm by telephone, email or online will be processed for despatch on the following Monday.

What are your opening hours?

Our customer experience centre is open from 8.30am – 5.30pm Mon – Fri. We have extended operating times in our Distribution Hub.

How long are quotes valid for?

All official quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

What are your standard payment terms for account holders?

Our standard terms for payment on account are 30 days from the date of invoice.

What is your policy on returns?

How much are your delivery charges?

We offer a broad range of flexible carriage options that vary based on your order and timing requirements. Consolidated and discounted delivery charges are available to trade customers on our standard carriage costs.

Do you deliver to locations outside of the UK & Ireland?

Yes, on request, we are able to deliver to locations worldwide through our logistics network and regularly despatch orders to locations in Europe, the Middle East and African destinations.

If parts are ordered on a Saturday, will they be delivered on the following Monday?

Our courier partners do not currently collect from us on Saturdays; however, we can offer a same day delivery service. Otherwise, orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are despatched on the following Monday.

Do you have a pick-up location or Trade Counter?

Yes, we have an on-site Trade Counter in Cannock for placing and collecting orders. Our Trade Counter is open from 8.30am – 5.30pm Mon – Fri and from 8.30am – 12.30pm on Saturdays.
