Our new website has a separate login system to our legacy website (store.firstchoice-cs.co.uk). Your username for www.firstchoice-cs.co.uk (this website) will be the email address that you have given us (this may be the same email address you used to log into the legacy website, but you will need to create a new password).
If you are unsure of which email address we have on record for you, please contact your First Choice Customer Experience advisor who will confirm or create it on the system for you. You do not need to register for a new user account.
You should have already received an email with a link to reset / create a password. If you do not have this email but have had your username confirmed by our team, please visit the reset password page and enter that email address there. You will receive an email shortly after with a link to create your password.
To login to your user account, visit www.firstchoice-cs.co.uk and click the “My Account” button at the top of the page, or go straight to the login page. Enter your email address and new password to login.
If you are unable to login, please contact your First Choice Customer Experience advisor who will be able to advise you.
After logging in, you will see your user account dashboard. There are two main areas within your user account: your personal user account dashboard (1) and your business account dashboard (2).
Your personal user account dashboard (1) will show information specific to your individual user account such as saved lists of products, links to change your password and the orders that you have personally placed online. Any order information shown in this section is typically more limited.
As a trade business customer, you will likely spend more time in the Customer Connect area (2), which shows information specific to your business account such as all account orders, account shipments, order status and order tracking numbers. Information shown under the Customer Connect menu shows more detail and is tailored for our trade customer needs.
To check the status of an order or order details, visit Account Orders under the Customer Connect menu. Invoices can be viewed under Account Invoices and tracking information can be found under Account Shipments.

The Account Orders page of your account dashboard, shows details of recent account orders, i.e. all orders that have been placed on your business account online or offline by any contact. Simply click on any order in the list to view the details of that order.
At the top of the list of orders are filters that can help you quickly find specific orders by PO number (Customer Reference) or Status (e.g. Open / Closed) etc. You can apply more than one filter at a time, such as date range and status. Select the appropriate filters and click the “Search” button to show your results.
To find the tracking information for an order that has shipped, visit Account Shipments under the Customer Connect menu. This will display a list of orders that have been dispatched with filters like the Account Orders page.
To find the tracking number for an order, click on the Packing Slip link for it in the orders list. This will display the packing slip information including the order tracking number.
Depending on the carrier, there may be a link on the tracking number which will open the carrier’s website to display the tracking status.

We also offer a quick search widget on the homepage which allows you to perform more advanced searches.
All search or browse options lead to a list of products with filters to refine the results. Dependent on the type of results you are viewing (e.g. Manufacturer, Category or Search Results), you will have access to some different filters. However, most pages enable you to filter based on Equipment Type, Equipment Model and Part Category.
As you select each filter, the page will reload with your results.
Why can’t I see my account pricing?
Your account pricing will only show while you are logged in to your online account. If you registered for a new online account, it will not be connected to your customer account by default and will therefore show list prices only. Contact your First Choice Customer Experience advisor for assistance.
Why isn’t my email address recognised?
Your user account may not be activated yet. You do not need to register for a new online account. Contact your First Choice Customer Experience advisor for assistance.
I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
From the login page, simply click on the “Forgot Password?” link go straight to the forgot password page. You can then enter the email address associated with your online user account to receive an email with a password reset link.
