We offer comprehensive training packages that provide the best available technical insight into cooking appliances manufactured by Rational. Engineers can learn on the latest Rational equipment in a relaxed and comfortable environment, using the manufacturer’s latest technology.

Parts Town UK has developed a unique partnership with this manufacturer to become an appointed Service Training and Spares Partner. This is underlined by its appointment as the UK’s approved National Technical Training Centre for service technicians.

This course is a 1-day training course designed for engineers who have previously attended a full basic training on Rational SCCWE or 5 Senses, and who are wishing to update their technical knowledge and skills on Rational (confirmation of prior training will be required). The course will give a refresher training for diagnostic tools and function test plus an update of recent technical modifications and equipment.
