Location: Parts Town UK Training Centre, Cannock

Training is suitable for both the experienced gas engineer looking to renew commercial catering ACS qualifications or an engineer that has successfully completed a New Entrant Commercial Catering Approved Prior Learning (APL) course and is looking to broaden skill sets. Bespoke packages can be created to satisfy a candidate's time and price needs.

ACS gas training & assessments take place in fully functional professional kitchens and use equipment and technology that engineers are likely to come across in their daily work. It is delivered by a team professional trainers who have many years of experience in the commercial catering equipment industry.

Reassessments and subjects available include:

  • CCCN1 – Core Commercial Catering Gas Safety
  • COMCAT1 – Open Burner Equipment
  • COMCAT3 – Deep Fat & Pressure Fryers
  • COMCAT5 – Forced Draught Burner Appliances
  • CONGLP1 – Various LPG Classifications
