Estimated Lead Times for Out-of-Stock Items

For items that are currently not in-stock, our product pages display the estimated number of business days (Mon – Fri) that it usually takes our suppliers to deliver the item(s) to our distribution hub under normal circumstances, once they have been ordered.

Estimated lead times show the minimum number of business days before we expect to have the item available to sell from our supplier. It is important to note, especially with ongoing global supply chain challenges that are affecting all industries, that the availability for some items may take longer than the estimated lead time.

While we endeavour to ensure that estimated lead times displayed are as accurate as possible, they may change frequently and without warning. If you require a more accurate lead time for an item, we recommend contacting our Customer Experience team on Live Chat or via your usual contact method.

For items that we are aware could have a supplier lead time of more than 28 days, the lead time will not be displayed on the product page. It will instead be replaced by a message that recommends you contact us for a lead time.

Fully In Stock Orders

Web Orders for complete in stock products are sent the same day on a next working day delivery service, if ordered before 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Partial Stock Orders

Orders placed for large, fragile or heavy items (over 30Kg) may be subject to additional charges.

For customers wishing to collect orders we offer a 1 hour call and collect service, which means you can place your order and it will be ready for collection in 1 hour, reducing waiting times.
