First Choice will be pounding the aisles during HRC, and we hope to see you there. If you plan to attend on Wednesday March 4th, come along to the Foodservice Equipment Association (FEA) stand, P621. Our MD, senior leadership team and sales executives will all be there from 1-3pm. This will be a special ‘Meet and Greet First Choice’ session, hosted by FEA (formerly CESA), to which you are cordially invited.
During the show we’ll be highlighting the Four First Choice differentials. What are they? Well, here’s number one: our stock of spare parts. When a key piece of kit breaks down, it’s frustrating. There’s only one thing that can make it worse – the key spare part you need to fix your key piece of equipment is on back order and won’t be in the UK for a month. That’s why we’ve got the UK’s largest stock of spare parts, and they’re available for next day delivery.
We’re delighted to be teaming up with FEA for the ‘meet and greet’. We’ll also be attending the CFSP celebration on the Vison Stage at HRC on Show Tuesday, March 3rd, at 3.30pm. So there are plenty of opportunities to see us and talk about all your after-sales needs, or anything else you’d like to discuss!
Now, on to the next of our Four First Choice differentials. We know that the industry is increasingly focused on both safety and equipment performance. That’s why we’ve developed relationships with many of the major manufacturers – it means we can supply genuine, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) spares. It’s important to use manufacturers’ branded parts, accessories and consumables, as opposed to a third party product, because that’s the only way to ensure the safety, reliability and integrity of the appliance. Training brings us to the third First Choice Differential: our dedicated customer support. It gives you direct access to in-house experts who can draw on decades of experience. We also have our accredited First Choice (and first class) training centre, which is City & Guilds approved and is at your disposal. Our sales teams, both internal and external, are highly trained. Our procurement team are CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply) qualified. And our data analysis and detailed reporting for customer accounts helps you manage your business.
And number Four? That would be our use of innovative solutions and the latest technologies to deliver a better service – part of our core commitment to continuous improvement. For example, our state-of-the-art spare parts storage and retrieval system enables us to offer a bespoke, fast and flexible delivery solution for all the parts you might need. Our comprehensive processes mean we can also handle and ship hazardous cargo on a next day basis. We deploy multiple logistics solutions, including numerous global couriers for UK and Eire shipping, to enable later order dispatch cut-off times. Constantly striving for improved methods, we were the first parts distributor to introduce a ‘part in boot’ delivery service direct to the engineers van, as well as nationwide box delivery services. All these delivery options are managed by our sophisticated logistics software to ensure we can get the right product to you in the quickest, safest, most effective fashion.
