First Choice Partners With Roller Grill UK

First Choice Group is pleased and proud to announce the launch of a new working partnership with catering equipment manufacturer Roller Grill UK.

A Master Distribution Agreement has now been established with the Surrey based firm which means First Choice Group will be able to supply customers with spare parts from Roller Grill’s impressive portfolio of product.

John Scott, Commercial Manager at First Choice said: “This partnership strengthens our ties with OEMs thus underlining our commitment to them and providing the opportunity to establish new relationships with key accounts across the UK and attract new customers through the First Choice door.”

Talks around the potential of an MDA with Roller Grill began in 2017 and culminated in a transfer of their spare parts warehouse from the manufacturer’s headquarters to First Choice over Christmas.

“Roller Grill parts have now been accommodated into our stock holding with photos taken of all the parts to enhance the information that is available on the company’s web and app platforms,” added John.

“Our agreement with them allows Roller Grill to build on their success in the industry and further enhance their after-sales service in the UK.”

Roller Grill has forged a reputation as a global leader in the manufacture of catering equipment ranging from contact grills and convection ovens to refrigerated display cabinets and salad bars.
