First Choice Receives Gold Trusted Service Award 2020

We are proud and humbled to announce that First Choice Group has received a Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for 2020, based on real feedback from you, our customers.
Many of you will already be aware that as part of our continuing commitment to improving our service, we asked customers for their feedback throughout 2019. Much of that feedback was overwhelmingly positive, so we would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all of our customers for taking the time to review us!
The Trusted Service Award is a unique badge of approval, as it is based completely on real customer experiences. All reviews are independently verified as genuine and the accreditation is a true reflection of a business’s commitment to outstanding service.
We’re not done yet! As part of our ISO 9001 accreditation, First Choice Group will continue to listen to the feedback of our customers to improve the service we offer.
