Synergy Grill and First Choice Join Forces with New MDA Partnership

First Choice Group are pleased to announce our latest spare parts Master Distribution Agreement (MDA) with Synergy Grill, which begins on 1 September 2019.
Synergy Grill’s patented technology has won multiple awards since it launched in 2017 and the company has experienced rapid growth in the hospitality sector ever since. From their beginnings in 2006 in Cambridgeshire UK, Synergy Grill has grown into a globally recognised equipment manufacturer selling throughout Australasia, the Middle East, Europe and South Africa.
A unique “fat atomising technology” is at the core of the British-designed and engineered chargrills and griddles that Synergy Grill have created. This ground-breaking technology allows the burners to be more fuel-efficient, so they produce better quality food while providing lower energy costs.
First Choice will be investing significantly in UK based parts stock and as with all of our MDAs, our partnership with Synergy Grill will give customers access to:
- The UK’s largest stock of genuine OEM Synergy Grill spare parts.
- Specially trained customer service advisors, who will be able to offer experience and guidance on parts for the Synergy Grill equipment range.
- Detailed, up-to-date parts & operation information.
- Equipment diagrams, parts & user manuals.
- Part photos, including 360° Part View images.

All of these benefits can be easily accessed on our website and app. The First Choice Training team are also working with Synergy Grill to offer unique training sessions and equipment demonstrations for customers and equipment dealers.
