Our specialised training division has developed a unique partnership with this manufacturer to become an appointed Service Training and Spares Partner. This is underlined by its appointment as the UK’s approved National Technical Training Centre for service technicians.

On successful completion of their Rational training engineers receive documentation or certification of competence. They will also have access to the Parts Town UK online parts database, technical documents and dedicated support from our technical training team.

Courses focus on both the installation and maintenance of Rational’s range of combination ovens and are held throughout the year (often twice a month). Training can be tailored to suit your individual needs.

About Our Specialised Training Division

Our specialist training arm provides technical training courses and assessments for engineers and technicians working within the commercial foodservice industry. Our dedicated onsite training facility is conveniently located at the centre of the country in Cannock and has good motorway connections throughout the country. Training is provided by a team of professional trainers who have many years of experience in the commercial catering equipment industry. Facilities include fully functional professional kitchens together with the very latest in educational technology to ensure that the training team can provide effective and engaging courses for those who attend.
