It’s been a busy year – perhaps the busiest yet – for First Choice Group with new investment, innovation and recruitment helping to maintain the company’s position as the UK’s number one supplier of catering spare parts.

As the company looks forward to an historic 2017, with the move to new £4-million headquarters set for May next year, its continued success reflects the success and achievement of employees in carrying out their duties.

With this in mind First Choice Group has issued a number of commendations to staff who have excelled in their roles over the past 12 months.

Outstanding Contribution Awards have been presented to Customer Services Clerk, Claire Humphries; Management Accountant, Dawn Goding; ERP Application Support Analyst, David Allcock; Parts-Centre Operative, Robert Young and Customer Services Clerk, Suzanne Billingham.

Long Service Awards have been given to National Sales Manager, Neil Vincent; Project Leader, Nicola Turner; Parts-Centre Operative, Robert Taylor and Section Leader, Steve Carson.

Finally, IT Apprentice Harry Hemmings has received the Outstanding Improvement Award while ERP Application Support Analyst David Allcock has also been named Employee of the Year.

First Choice Group Director, John Whitehouse, said: “Congratulations to all the people who received an award, they are very deserving.

“But thanks must also go to their colleagues and support staff. It’s a team effort and everyone who works here deserves credit for the part they play in keeping the First Choice Group success story going.”
