Come and See us at Hotelympia Exhibition

Visitors to the First Choice Group stand at this year’s Hotelympia exhibition will get a glimpse of the benefits our customers enjoy.

National Sales Manager Neil Vincent (pictured) and his team will be on hand throughout the four-day show to offer people insight into how First Choice helps and supports customers and suppliers.

“At First Choice it’s not just about providing a service it’s about providing an experience,” explains Neil.

“When people talk to us, we listen, when they ask questions, we source and provide the answers. Everything we do is geared to making sure our customers get exactly what they need.”

A short film, especially created for Hotelympia, will play on our giant video screen, giving visitors to stand 1640 a guided tour of our parts automation centre and customer service centre. It will also show how orders are recorded, processed, packed and dispatched.

“For those who are interested in knowing about First Choice Group our aim for the show is to bring our business to life so people get a taste of what it means to be one of our customers,” adds Neil.

“Come and talk to us, we’ll be more than happy to guide you through some of the key benefits, like our range of varied purchasing options and bespoke delivery solutions. Then there’s our First Choice Group app which currently has more than 4,000 catering equipment manuals on it for people to browse and download, whether they’re in the office or on the road.

“Visitors can also find out about our exclusive partnerships with commercial catering’s leading brands and key manufacturers and how the benefits of these OEM relationships are rolled out to our customers, giving them access to the biggest stock of genuine OEM spares in the UK.”

To underline such brand partnership ethos the First Choice Group stand will be displaying products for BRITA and T&S Brass alongside some of their best selling items for commercial catering and refrigeration. Personnel from BRITA will be joining us on our stand to help co-ordinate and manage activities and engagement for the week.

Managing Director, John Whitehouse, said: “With tens of thousands of people expected to attend the four-day showpiece we are keen to meet and engage with new and existing customers and suppliers.

“So I hope people will come and say hello to us on stand 1640, we’ll be there to help and assist you in any way you need us to.”
