First Choice Group Showcases The Conneqt Scheme

17th February 2017

Some of the region’s most affluent investors and developers assembled at the new home of First Choice Group this week to glimpse the Conneqt scheme.

Wednesday’s presentation by Opus Land to showcase its CONNEQT project drew a crowd of more than 50 business and civil dignitaries as well as First Choice Group Director Carl Bate, Project Manager, Andy Lawrence and Content and Social Media Editor, Steve Sharma.

The UK’s number one supplier of spare parts to the catering industry expects to take up official occupancy of its new building at Staffordshire’s exclusive Kingswood, Lakeside site on May 2.

Today’s gathering gave Opus a chance to highlight the opportunities and advantages of being at the much sought-after location.

A spokesman said: “Situated in the heart of the UK, directly adjacent to the national motorway network, Kingswood, Lakeside is without doubt one of the most accessible and connected distribution sites in the country. It is the ideal business location.”

First Choice Project Manager, Andy Lawrence, echoed those sentiments: “Cannock is becoming a real gateway for enterprise and innovation and the siting of our new building puts us right at the heart of this exciting landscape for regeneration.”
