CEDA Annual Conference 2011
23rd March 2011
The CEDA annual conference 2011 is to be held on the 7th and 8th of April at the Four Pillars Hotel in the beautiful Cotswold Water Park near Cirencester in Gloucestershire.
This conference is the second to be held in partnership with both FCSI and CEDABOND and will build on the experience of 2010 to provide an opportunity to network and share with more industry colleagues than ever.
Peter Kitchen, CEDA Chairman explains, ‘For the past few years CEDA has been working closely with our colleagues in FCSI on a number of joint initiatives including the Education Foundation and the Catering for a Sustainable Future Group and therefore I am delighted that they are once again joining us in co-hosting this conference.
CEDABOND is the major catering equipment buying group and whilst it is totally independent, it shares many common members with CEDA and many of their suppliers are CEDA Partners so I am also delighted that they are also joining us to hold their AGM and Suppliers Meeting on the first day and also for the conference business day on the Friday.
Friday 8th April will be Conference Business Day with a theme of “Innovation” and as usual it will be highly educational and entertaining. Top quality speakers will address a mixture of industry and general business related topics and there will also be a number of interactive sessions to keep everyone on their toes. Running alongside the conference business day, there will be an opportunity for spouses/partners of delegates to take advantage of a spa treatment courtesy of subject to availability – see the booking form for more information.
Following the CEDA annual conference there will be a golf competition for CEDA members, held at the nearby South Cerney Golf Club in Gloucestershire. The 18 hole, par 70, 6,139 yard golf course, offers a challenge for all abilities – from experienced golfers to those who have only recently taken up the sport – it is a challenging, yet rewarding experience.
